Happy Boxing Day! Today was a pretty successful shopping day - I got 2 button-down shirts for work, and also bought the world's ugliest shoes. I LOVE THEM!
(I hope this doesn't break your screen, but the largeness is necessary. Do you see the gold sparkles in the leopard print? Essential.)
In addition, I finished some mittens I was knitting for a ravelry swap, finally! I'm so happy with how they turned out, but I never want to knit them again. (Last FO of 2007!!! What a sad year it has been for craftiness....)
I can proudly say that after taking 2-3 months to finish the first mitten, I finished the second in three days. Woot. Now I should start socks for Matty.
And finally, tomorrow I get my wisdom teeth out. I am terrified, I am petrified, I am so anxious that I am making myself sick. Oh goodness, I am not meant for this sort of thing. let's just make it all go away, please.

Love those shoes! One of these days, I'll post pictures of the Ugliest Dress in the World - it looks awesome. Sometimes, you just have to buy ugly-looking awesome stuff.
The mittens are great. Cozy and warm for the cold weather outside.
