It's been a good weekend so far, and it's not over yet!
I finally finished the nasty green socks. I'm almost overjoyed to be done!

Ta da! They're done. Next up, some Lorna's Laces Bee Stripe Jaywalkers.

Tonight we made some Eggplant Parmesan. It turned out very nicely, and I will definitely make it again. Maybe even double the sauce, because it is just delicious. Nothing can beat Marcella Hazan's for simple goodness though. Mmmmm, tomato sauce.
